Easiest way to do it: First, make sure you set the difficulty on Hall of Fame, then all you need to do is adjust the User and Computer sliders. Put all the User shooting/defense/attribute sliders to 100, and put the fouls down to 0. Do the opposite for the computer sliders.
Then just start up a game with any team, shoot 3's and steal the ball away from the opposing player. You shouldn't have any problem and shots/steals should be pretty much automatic. You can get plenty of other acheivements by keeping the sliders like this as well.

The only settings that matter for this achievement is the quarter length AND DIFFICULTLY.
5 minute quarters and Hall of Fame difficulty are the minimum requirements for this achievement.
Other then that, you can turn off all NBA rules, and turn User/Computer Sliders up/down.
The only thing that changes here compared to the rest of the achievements is the difficulty.
Make sure you have it on Hall of Fame. Other then that, all sliders can be up/down and rules can be turned on/off.
