For some reason, this is the only achievement in Legends Showcase that can't be done with 2 controllers.
First of all switch the difficulty to rookie, and 2 options down, make All Other Players Attempt on "On Made Shot" so all players shoot your shot. That way as long as you dont miss you will always choose the shot. The CPU will never be able too.
Pick any great you like. (I picked Jordan) and pick the 3 worst overall CPU players at the bottom (2 are 70 overall, and 1 is 68 overall)
Every shot you want to take is "Sittin On The Stanchion" Which is behind the basket, just walk behind the rim and he will climb up. Your player will sit behind the rim above it.
The CPU will hit the shot about 50% of the time. But they will miss, all you have to do is get the timing down on the shot which is not hard AT ALL.
Definitely the easiest shot you can make that the CPU WILL MISS!

Good going. Thanks for this, was driving me mad! Only thing I would add is to turn "call bank/swish" option off before starting, just in case you miss yours it leaves a window for a better chance to make a CPU shot in case you want to give one a shot

just a few tips You have to walk to the right of the back board to do the sitting on the stanchion. If you walk to the left you will be standing on the stanchion and its a harder shot. Also if you press right trigger whilst selecting players you will go to current NBA players which are worse overall. From here chosse centers and select the bottom 3 which are deandre Jordan, chris anderson and greg monroe.

Honestly, it's not too terribly difficult. I would first click on "Y" to change difficulty level to "rookie," then also change the all players have to shoot after made shot to "yes." I used Michael Jordan as my player, and chose 3 of the lowest ranked players as my opponents (don't try using multiple controllers, the achievement won't pop). My first shot was generally the one standing on the goal support behind the basket. Then I would choose standard shot, granny shot, none of the terribly difficult ones to weed the players out. Really a matter of personal preference which shots you attempt. But I ALWAYS started out with that shot from standing on the goal behind the backboard (just walk behind the goal), the CPUs could never make it.

A video would be helpful if you can find one to attach. H-o-r-s-e is almost as annoying to play as the old slam dunk contest. =/

I don't know why the other solutions don't say this but you can get the achievement on the following settings :
Difficulty: Rookie
Number of letters: 3 P-I-G
On Made Shot: All Other Players Attempt
Called Bank Shots: Off
Called Swishes: Off
Yes you can play P-I-G it does not have to be horse. I saw a member on x360a named Jnada with a random comment saying this but it seems to have gone unnoticed and never transferred into these solutions.
Try to make your first 3 shots. I just did the first 3 in the list. Took a few tries but so much easier playing P-I-G.
