Literally buy any pack using VC you have obtained from playing the game. VC can also be purchased with real money if you prefer it that way. You can also use MyTeam points you get from playing MyTeam.

Start up a "MyTEAM" team. Once you have your lineup set, play a few games. Even if you loose, you should still earn some credits. Once you have about 4,000 "MT" coins you can purchase your first pack of Cards. Go to the "Pack Market" and look for the "Team Builder Pack". It should be about 4,000 MT coins or 1,200 VC coins. Pick which one you want to use to purchase the back. Open it, and TROPHY!
