I was able to complete this achievement while working on the "Class is Dismissed" achievement with a friend.
We were playing 2v2 games in the park. We have slightly decent players, and average playing skills. My friend and I were in opposite teams. If he was having a successful game, then I would come in game 1-3 to lose and give his team the win. If he was in a 3 win streak then I would come in, and he would basically flop the game in order for me to win. Then we would switch sides until he received the achievement.
This was pretty successful since your friend could affect the game in your favor. I'd highly suggest going into game 2 since it's likely another team will have next for game 3. Allowing you to have next on game 4 in order to get the win.
