NBA 2K14

Ok so for this I was lucky and boosted it a little before the patch and got me to seed 4, but after that I had to play legit. You will need a all-star cast cause 90% of people have a amazing line-up! I had all golds and each time I got the saphire player I added him.

I went 24-6 once I started playing.

I use a 1-3-1 defense with tight defense and defense assistance. I usaully always control the A player so if I got a steal I would leak out with him and get a easy score. if your lucky you can jump on your opponent quick and get him to quit.

set your coaching settings to

run fast break
cause chaos
limit 3s


Also most kids just chuck threes up all day long so make sure you have 2 bigs in there to grab the boards and guard the paint. But since they make it so easy to make 10 threes in a row if you find someone that is launching up threes then change your defense to half court trap it will get him confussed and most likely make him miss more.

also change your camera to 2k


but im not gonna lie, this will be very hard for most players that aren't experience with 2k games online.


You dont have to win the top 1 seed this will pop when you win to advance


when you win Seed 4 you get a Saphire Blake Griffen

when you win Seed 3 you get a Saphire Kevin Durant

when you win Seed 2 you get a Saphire Derrick Rose


Kevin Durant Carried me along with Jordan! Jordan never misses in the 4th lol.


use your boosters and play smart!!!

P.S. I also wanted to note that when I won the final game in Seed 2 I got to the screen showing the Derrick Rose pack and the achievement didnt pop yet, Then I went to open the pack and it still didnt open. So then I went to play a game and just quit out to let it register that I was in the frist seed. I was freaking out, but I then checked my achievements and it was there!!!!! So be careful and remember that this game is glitchy and very lagged achievements.

Playing at 2-5 am helps your chances because a lot of bronze full teams see your team and quit. If they don't quit it shouldn't be hard to beat them. You'll also encounter stacked teams.

Also try to complete Domination mode first, as it gives you a lot of packs. Those 3 star packs will always give you either a silver or gold player.

Not a solution, but I had two instances where the person I was playing paused the game and left it paused until the timer ran out. At that time I could select "Quit" and I received a win. I was able to do that twice. I assume if you get lucky and get paired with your boosting partner you could boost this achievement.
