Simply call a timeout when you first have possession of the ball and assign points of emphasis in the option menu when it pops up. You can pick there from 3 different sections. Once the timeout ends, it should pop. Very easy 5 GS.

This is pretty much a gimme, but just in case you don't know how to do I'll tell you. All you have to do is during a timeout click the "dpad to the right". Now there should be a set of 3 strategies; offense, defense, and a second offensive one if you want a backup plan. Just change one or all of them and after the timeout the trophy will ping.

But you can't do it in MyCAREER. It has to be online or single player.
