From the main menu, enter the NBA Today tab (3rd from the left), press B to open the menu, scroll to the right to find the 2KU menu, open up the training videos (first option) and select any video.
The achievement pops after the video you selected is finished.

When you are in the 2KU menu (accessible from the NBA Today Menu or MyTeam Menu) just select any video. The videos aren't long at all and the trophy will unlock as soon as you watch the video fully.

From the main menu, go to 2KU and simply watch any of the videos and once it's complete then you will get the trophy.
