Very easy. When you load up NBA 2k15. From the main menu there will be 7 tabs. MyLEAGUE, MyGM, NBA TODAY, 2KTV, MyCAREER/MyPARK, MyTEAM, And OPTIONS/FEATURES. Go over to MyTEAM, press 
and there will be a tutorial on what MyTEAM is and how to play. You have the option of watching or skipping. I just watched it just incase. When you watch the 1 1/2 minute video the achievement will pop at the end.

Unobtainable. There's no longer an option for my team. No longer 7 tabs.

When you play MyTeam for the first time, you are required to watch the 2 minute MyTeam tutorial video. Very simple as it is cannot be skipped.

Unachievable due to server closure
This tutorial will start when you first go into the MyTeam game mode. Simply watch the video and you will get the trophy. If for some reason the video doesn't start up or you don't get the trophy, go into the 2KU section in MyTeam and watch the video.
