How to unlock the Man Of The People achievement in NBA 2K15 - Definitive Guide

This achievement is very easy, but takes a bit of time. The best way to get this is to simply simulate your seasons like crazy. For every season I was able to gain 750,000- 1 million fans a season. Eventually in your 7th or 8th season you should get the achievement.

Tip: To speed this process up, whenever you reach the playoffs, start the game then when it loads tap the start button and hit sim to end. Keep repeating until you are out of the playoffs.

Tip: To prevent going to the playoffs, sign with the 76ers. 9/10 times they won't make playoffs, so this will make this achievement even quicker to unlock.

When do the fans actually affect your total? I just simulated in my 4-5th season to the all star break and didn't gain a single fan more. Any suggestions?

My players overall is a 93

Ok because I believe that if your player gets awards at the end of the season ( MVP, Most Improved, Defensive Player) you gain fans for that. Your players overall should be high enough to where he does get them.

I started simming when I had around 3,500,000 fans. I simmed like 2-3ish seasons and after that I some how ended up with 8,500,000. What's your my players overall?

You will get fans based on how well you are performing in the games, as well as what you say in interviews, press conferences and player/coach/GM discussions. You want to aim for high teammate grades and posting good stats (a lot of assists, points, rebounds, steals, blocks, double doubles). Getting endorsements can also boost your popularity, you can check and collect your endorsements earnings by going into my endorsements menu (which also show you what requirements are needed to get that endorsement). Winning awards is a great way to boost your fans, such as MVP, you can also talk trash, ask help from others on social media to also boost your popularity.
