In this year's game, you will now have coach directives (similar to goals) that will effect your overall coach's satisfaction. During a stoppage in play, a menu will popped up showing you who you are guarding, as well as their stats, and in the bottom of that screen will be the coach's directive. These directives can vary based on your team style, the other team's style and how the game is playing out. Some example of directives can be: take some time off the clock, shoot early, stop other team's fast breaks, run pick & rolls. After a certain amount of time, it will show a grade letter for how well you implemented that directive. To get to 80%, you will have to maintain a B+ or higher for each game, as once you get close to 80, a B- or a B will result in your coach's satisfaction to lower or stay the same.
