Their is a method on how to use sliders in myCareer mode, it's best to do it with a new career incase your current one gets corrupted. This makes all the myCareer achievements really easy.

Attribute Upgrades enable you to further upgrade your MyCareer player. You are rewarded these for how many games you play. You start with 75 blocks and the max is 100. You are rewarded one every 7 games that you play. You must actually play the game (or foul out). Simming to the end of the game will not count.

You will get this after playing a game, and it will say you have been playing well and unlocked an additional attribute upgrade. This usually occurs around 7-10 games that you play (cannot sim or sim to end).
