This unlocks after you pick a college, which is part of normal progression of the game after the initial character creation process and doesn't appear to be missable.

You should add that you can only play each game once per account. I'm reading reports where people are unable to play after deleting their save.

Its also glitchy I played through the whole and it never unlocked also when you contact 2K17 about it they say its not on this game and you have to pay full price just to unlock it

After creating a character, you'll want to start a career under "Begin MyCAREER" in the main menu. Watch the long cinematics, pick any college when prompted and wait for another round of cinematics to end for the achievement to unlock.
