I got this right before the All-Star weekend during my first Season in which I got selected to participate in the Rising Star game. Just keep an eye on the rookie standings during your Season and having good stats will get you into the All-Star weekend.

I got selected to the rising stars game as well as the dunk contest and played through them both but I didn't get the cheevo, anyone else having issues?

Not with this one but also had 2 other achievements that never popped and 2K customer support is not helpful at all...

I played in Rising and 3 point and was going to do dunk but I got that injured so I chose option to sit out to get other achievement, this one never popped...
