After multiple tweets, complaints I get a message back saying they have no information regarding the achievement being unobtainable so I doubt this will ever get fixed.

I hope this gets fixed. Never played any of the NBA before and seeing how the PS4 version works and not the One, is just awful...

they wont fix it unless ppl keep hitting them with it being broken, once it gets passed christmas, there wont be too many more chances, open tickets and BBB

@markyshizzle Just tried myself and the site is still down. It's Xmas now, so looks like no one will be able to complete this game soon. I have bought 2k every year since 2k10 and if they don't fix this one they just lost a customer....

they still have to appeal to the people who got it for christmas so hope isnt gone. just the longer time goes on, the less chance it has of getting fixed.

I bought 2k10 and that had broken achievements. I swore them off after that and I am glad that I did. Fuck those guys.

hey mark, I'm getting the same run around. They start by asking to "clear the cache", now they really want me to send them a video of it not unlocking. wow. They are very good at playing stupid & wasting my time.

Can someone get a video clip of that cut scene & no achievement? I haven't had time to even game with work & moving snow. Maybe later this week ill be able to, but just seeing if someone can help me move my help ticket along. thanks

i wouldnt waste your time, they are currently working on "compensation" with me, i sent them a ps4 video. i told them if they prove one person unlocked it on xbox one in the world ill drop the BBB

Another obvious way to tell no ones unlocked it is to snap the achievements them self, and it shows you the percentage of people who unlocked it at 0%

I was told that the achievement portion of the game is on Xbox's end. I've emailed and tweeted but they don't seem to care. The same with the "Represent" achievement. It is stuck for me. It will not move past 33%

Rival day wins are glitched too I got the achievement after my first 2 wins

I got an update from someone in the customer service department and they said the development team is now working on a fix for the issue. They will update me later once they have an update.

There is a new 2.7 gb patch when You launch the game.

You guys should never buy another 2K game after this bullshit. Its so sad to see how my all time favorite sports franchise went completely down the shitter. All they care about is microtransactions now. That's why they just recycle the same achievement list every year. They just don't give a fuck about anything else except money.

still glitched out after viewing the cut scene of receiving the gift from the old coach and i'm two games away from Play Offs in my first season. I won't be getting the next 2k, I promise you that.

I got a similar email that basically said the same thing and that it is xbox's fault for the achievement not working. I am officially done with 2k now with this terrible support or lack there of support.

Someone needs to confirm TheStick17's message please! I'm close to the end of the first season in mycareer, but want to make sure the achievement is fixed before I progress.

I asked if it's currently fixed or if it will be in the next patch i have not recieved an answer yet

@giants, it doesnt matter what u do in year 1, u will get the cutscene, therefore u can create a new character and sim until 3 days before the season ends if u want to, without wasting too much time

So the new patch was made but of course doesn't include the fix to this achievement. Fuck 2k at this point.

You guys like this stuff... try playing Mafia 3(also made by 2k), Bought the deluxe edition at full price, honestly a fun game but EVERY cumulative achievement is glitched. Basically a lucky 20 percent or so of players are able to get these elusive 8-10 achievements and everyone else is screwed with no reasoning at all behind it. Sending tickets, getting the same exact responses mark is getting for this game. Updates and DLC have been released still no fix. I use to hate EA, but 2k is just terrible. I'm personally boycotting anything they have anything to do with.

I am rejecting this response because:There has been no form of solution or compensation offered to the people who want to complete all of the achievements in the game. The achievements are required to work by Microsoft and even though the issue has existed since launch, and there has been 6 patches, there been no form of fix or acknowledgement even by 2K. Now so many people have this game and have been disappointed, I have had at least a dozen people personally complain to me about having a broken a achievement in this game and that they either are returning the game, or not getting it because of it. It is literally as easy as attaching the achievement to unlock to a cutscene in the game.

Like I said in my support ticket, you have 20,000 people with this unlocked or more on PS4 at 20%, and zero have it unlocked on XB1 at 0%. It is so clearly broken, yet support is just trying to have me jump through hoops to ruin my own time and game because they don't understand how an Xbox even works, when they develop a game for it, its sad really. This ticket isn't about me, its about a whole community that you are ignoring and refusing to fix a core issue with your game. You fixed the pro-am achievements in like a week, yet this gets thrown on the backburner?



Show me one person in the world to unlock this one Xbox One and I will close my ticket with a positive review.

I had to win like 6-7 games on rival weekend for it to pop as my bar kept resetting

I also told them about the glitched max contract trophy on playstation and the told me the same thing. They pretty much told me that it is Microsoft's and Sony's problem. 2K is just full of shit and giving everyone a different answer.

Any business that does not answer to the Better Business Bureau is either a monopoly or simply does not care about their reputation. It seems like it is both here. 2K Sports have stopped giving a shit a long time ago. They are the same publisher that is shutting down the online to their wrestling games now in less than a year right? Trying to force people to purchase the new version at full price like a yearly subscription. Then they justify it by stating it in the directional booklet and people back them up on their decision. You can thank the people that back them up for stuff like this.

I've seen this cutscene yesterday, but no achievement popped up for me, unfortunately :( they need to fix that issue, or is this cheevo gone forever, once you past this cutscene ?

I'd imagine you can create a new player and reach that point again but I can't say for sure that would work. Won't know until 2K issues a patch.

Fuck this game, I hope it stays glitched.

2k support was no help to me, I filed a complaint to the BBB. I also tweeted Microsoft Support cause maybe they can contact 2k. I hate that games have glitched achievements that they won't let the community even know they are working on or trying to fix it.
