All you have to do for this achievement is complete the 3 Warm-up Challenges. Once you're in MyTeam, go to Single Player, Challenges, Warm-up Challenges. Complete them and you'll receive a challenge token. They are very short and Rookie difficulty so they are very easy to complete.

Note: These do use up your contracts so you may not want to use that temporary high rated star you get in your starter pack because it's kind of a waste.
