Go to trade finder in MyGM/MyLEAGUE and view your picks. Select a second round pick and select either swap best or swap worst. View the offers and accept a trade that states swap best/ worst with a different team.

I didn't received offers using the 2nd round picks so I used the 1st round pick and it worked.

I just got it i pick the 76ers and used their 2nd round pick and just picked 1 and it worked very easy
