For this you will need to have a Dynamic Duo Active in the lineup when you play.
When you pull players who have a duo it will show the 2nd player you will need. There is also an icon below their overall that shows they have a duo.
Simply have these two players on the court at the same time for the Duo to be active & unlock the achievement. It should pop up at the end of the game.

A fairly cheap duo is DeMar DeRozan and Kyle Lowry of the Toronto Raptors... I paid about 6,000 MT combined for these cards. The game doesn't pop the achievement until you play a game with the two players in your lineup.

I appreciate the info on a good duo. I was really struggling to save my MT for this one, but 6,000 is pretty reasonable.
