Easiest way to get this is to play with two friends and just keep swapping them out after you score 3pts each game until you hit 10 games. For us it unlocked after game 9, but I think it counts the game where you end that persons streak as the 10th. We banged this out in about 30-45 mins last night until all three people had the achievement. We used the court straight up the street from the team practice facility near the "Do The Dew" ad.
