Very simple achievement. Start up MyGM mode where you will select the team you wish to manage. After selecting you will watch a cutscene of you getting injured back in 2011. This injury derails your playing career so you choose to become a manager. After meeting with the Owner of the team you will be taken to a media press conference.
You will be asked several questions about what your intentions are moving forward with the team. Choose whatever you'd like, and the achievement will pop afterwards.
