NBA 2K18

To get this achievement, you should visit the Team Practice Facility that's right behind you every time you load MyCareer. I obtained it on the second visit to the facility, straight after the second game of my new NBA career.

Once inside the facility you can improve badges with individual trainings by pressing and then choosing the favorite drill. To obtain the achievement though, you'd need to join a team drill in two steps called by the coaching staff (when it happens, you'll hear a whistle and the team will gather automatically to hear directions by the coaches). Then, you'll be assigned to two drills.

At the end of the second drill, you'll get the achievement.

I think this is a random event and it's not related to your badges.

After every game, turn around and enter the building right behind where you spawn and it will let you work out and upgrade badges. Just go to these consistently and complete 3 badge work outs every trip and this will happen pretty soon.
