In the MyGM: The Saga Continues, eventually scouting reports will be leaked to another GM. When asked about it by the owner, say you want to have a TRIAL (but do not fire immediately.) It should pop up around June 30th of the offseason.
You will given the chance to question your staff. Go through the evidence accuse Lenny (since it was him) and then firing him, and later after Tex asks you about it after the fact a few days later (like July 2nd), the achievement should pop up.

I had a couple issues with this.
First when at dinner with Andrew (June 20 something or so)decline show your list to him.
In a phone call a few days later respond with no way.
Then when asked by Tex in his office you select you want to have a trial. This is the same time he would ask you for the other achievement where you select I think he's faking it so you can't get both of those achievements at the same time.
Be careful when you go through talking to everyone (you don't have to if you don't want to) when you talk to Tex during the trial if you select I was wrong it ends the trial and you miss out on the achievement.
At the trial you can go right to presenting evidence which is the bottom option.
Accuse Lenny
Select You need money Lenny
Lenny will deny
Select again to Accuse someone
Choose Lenny
Choose Fire Him
Replace him with Taylor Stuart for a 4 year 307k contract
It will send you to your office skip by this
You will then go to Tex Office on July 2nd and the achievement unlocks there.

It is prior to the offseason, he will ask to see your list, don't show it to him, shortly after that he comments on your scouting reports/who you are targeting, then you will have the meeting with owner. it should be one of the last things you do before the offseason screen starts. hope that helps
