This achievement is won easier in Play Now with the User Skill maxed out in shooting. If you need more time, set the quarter length longer. And the biggest thing to get this is to definitely work on your timing of the game and at least try to green release almost every time.

Inside shots, layups and free throws are way easier to get greens on. I couldn't get green on any other type of shot.
