You do not have to do this in an actual game. You simply make a MyLeague and when your at the menu after you have picked a team, go to lineup in your options (I believe it’s coaching) and move one person and it will pop.

Doesn't work at all. But neither does doing it through the lineup screen while a game is loading because I tried that too.

Edit: Okay, so it popped once I left the menu. Go figure...
