This achievement is super simple, when you load into The Neighborhood in MyCareer, you run to the big building that has the NBA team you play for, enter the building, once you enter the building press B and it will bring you to a screen to select a badge to work on which is a drill. You can do the same drill 5 or 6 times and once it says you can't do it anymore, that means that the practice is over, so just walk to the exit and the achievement should appear.
