There is no easy way to get this achievement. To get this achievement you need to grind to get to a 91 Overall, the earliest you can unlock a bike (Beach Cruiser). Then you need 100,000 VC in your pocket to buy the bike at Wheels in the Neighborhood.
You can either grind for VC in MyCareer (I average 2000 VC on 12 Min Qtr) (or other modes of your preference) Or just buy VC.
This achievement will take a lot of time (and money probably) out of you.

In order to unlock the ability to even be able to purchase a bike for the neighbourhood you'll need your MyPlayer to reach an overall rating of 91. This will probably take you about a full season if you play on 12min quarters, although your mileage might be a little less or a little more, depending on how well you perform along the way. I think I got to 91 sometime during the playoffs by playing full length games for the entire season.
Once you've done that you'll then need to save up 100,000VC. Yes, that's right - to buy a bike for the neighbourhood you'll have to waste 100,000VC on it
Once you've got 100,000VC in the bank you'll need to head on over to Wheels which is located in the neighbourhood. Once there you'll be able to buy a Beach Cruiser bike. When you exit the store just press
to cycle until it says you can get on your bike. The trophy then should unlock.
You'll be a bronze trophy richer but 100,000VC poorer, and since VC is saved on the 2K server you won't even be able to upload your save and then redownload it to get your VC back
