How to unlock the We Need Some Stinking Badges achievement in NBA 2K19 - Definitive Guide

Head to MyLEAGUE mode and choose 1 team (doesn't matter which one).
Then go to the "TRAINING" section in the top upper menu. Choose "PLAYER MENTORSHIP".
Select a player. Click on one bronze badge and select a Mentee. Achievement pops.

No training option for me. Is it in a sub menu?

You have to choose this option on the top upper menu.

I didn't see the option either, but then once I changed all the tasks to manual then it showed up.

You cannot obtain this achievement in MyLEAGUE Online, for anyone who does not see the training option in the upper menu

Still works in offline with the servers down.

Once you have finished creating your offline MyLeague, go to the Training tab and select Player Mentorship. From here just select one player to be the mentee by pressing X and then select the player you want to be their mentor. Once you decided what player will be the mentor, simply click on one of their badges and trophy will pop.
