Simply start a Quick Play Game against your 2nd controller.
Keep scoring with your Primary Controller. When the 2nd controller gets the ball. Just shoot a Half-Court shot to give the ball back to Player 1. If you haven't unlocked it yet, The Achievement "Off to the Races" will Unlock once the score is 10-0
Keep playing until the score is 20-0 to unlock the "Am I A Joke To You" Achievement as well

I’ve used this same method time and time again and it won’t unlock....I’ve found that nothing unlocks in play now. Only myteam. At least for me
EDIT ** This HAS to be done in a single quarter as well as a couple others like this. I did not clue in until I was playing with 5 min quarters against a second controller and it popped. I was doing 1 minute quarters for a while for other achievements and could not achieve this one before the quarter ended

I did this in a quarter and it still didnt unlock I tried it twice
