To achieve this one, you'd need to do exactly what the description says. :)
To perform an assist, your pass shall lead to a bucket.
It's easier to obtain this if you play as a Point Guard or Shooting guard (but I did the same playing as a Center) and it's not mandatory to have your overall very high (did with a 68 big man).
One tip though: to have more time to dish 15 assists, you should be in the starting five and change the quarter time to 10 or 12 minutes playing on PRO difficulty.
This way, you'll have a lot of time to let your teammates score with your passes. Simulate when you're sitting on the bench.

For this trophy you need to get 15 assists in 1 game. The best way to achieve this is to play on pro with 12 minute quarters and don't shot the ball only look to pass. I did this as a center for the 76ers but you can do it with any type of MyTEAM. To improve your chances try to have a high teammate chemistry so they will give you the ball often so you can then set them up for assists.
