I was able to achieve this with a 6'3" Sharpshooting Facilitator point guard. Make sure to save some time by skipping the story and going directly to the NBA. I would recommend trying to move up in the rotation and get more minutes. When you are on defense, let your opponent dribble the ball down the court. Try to time it to when the ball is right next to your hand, then press to reach in and snatch the ball away. Do this 3 times and the achievement should pop immediately after.
