How to unlock the I Just Can't Stop Scoring achievement in NBA 2K20 - Definitive Guide
This achievement must be done once you are in the NBA, regular season or playoffs. You cannot earn this while doing the prelude or testing the build.
This achievement isn't as bad as it may seem. For those of you like me who didn't just earn this achievement organically, this guide should help.
I will recommend that you use some sort of 3 point shooting player to earn this, by that I mean someone with a 3 pointer of at least 85 rating. Next, you will probably need multiple shooting badges unlocked for this. *I will note that the takeover doesn't particularly matter, I did this on my lock-down takeover PG. Of course, a sharpshooter takeover will have an easier time.*
The badges I think are most helpful are Range Extender, Green Machine, Deadeye, maybe Hot Zone Hunter and possibly flexible releases if you don't green shots often. Depending on how many badges you've earned/ the build offers depends on if you have them all Hall of Fame level or not. I would recommend at least Range Extender and Deadeye at HoF.
Now to get yourself some open and easy shots, I will link this video by Pacers Gaming that is originally used for shooting badge grinding. The method they use seems to be pretty easy to understand and implement, and it should get you open more often so you can reach 15 made 3's in a game.
Skip about a minute into the video.
To help explain how to set up the game, leave the difficulty at Pro and play 12 minute quarters. Also be wary of who your match up on the opponents team will be, if they are a very good defender, it will be harder for you to exploit the AI in the game..
As per the video, the method is fairly simple. Take your player to the 3 point line, preferably either wing, and tap the , then you will tap . This will show the buttons for each player you want to call a screen. From there, I would recommend bringing a guard over, so normally or . Be sure to HOLD THE BUTTON until the player comes over and sets a screen. Your defender should automatically take a step back. Rise up and shoot and hopefully you make your shots.
After 15 made, the achievement will unlock. If you don't already have the achievements for 5 and 10 made in a game, you will also unlock these.

Another badge I find helpful for shooting in general is Quick Draw. It doesn't need to be HoF but gold and silver can be beneficial. I find a quick release is essential because sometimes defenders can get to you rather quickly.

You need to create a sharpshooter and upgrade his 3 point shooting attribute and 3 point boosts. You will want to build up your teammate chemistry so they will pass you the ball when use demand it with . You need to set the quarter length to 12 minutes to maximize your chances but I also recommend combining this with the Candlestick Maker trophy.
