I went in with the starting 5 below, did a 400 MT weekly challenge game, won easily, no subs, and didn't pop the achievement. What am I missing? Do the Weekly Challenge games, in fact, not work?

PG - Damian Lillard ('20 Current - POR)
SG - Clyde Drexler (Spotlight - POR)
SF - Latrell Sprewell (Kevin Garnett Spotlight - MIN)
PF - Kevin Garnett (Spotlight - MIN)
C - Raef LaFrentz (Sapphire Rewards - DEN)

I'm not sure boss. I did all of mine in domination games. Try a domination game with that line-up and let me know if it unlocks so I can adjust the solution

I've tried 4 times with 2 different lineups playing domination. Just the usual glitchy 2k crap it looks like

I can confirm that I was able to do this during the new Spotlight Sims. I had 1 player from each team in my starting lineup.

so for this achievement make sure your starting 5 is from the NORTHWEST division teams which are
NUGGETS
TIMBERWOLVES
TRAILBLAZERS
THUNDER
JAZZ
DOMINATION AND CHALLENGES DO COUNT TOWARD THIS ACHIEVEMENT
. starting the game with the 5 from the division and subbing them out at anytime will not affect the achievement as long as they start the game

Just got the achievement on a domination so it might be buggy?

For this trophy you are required to win any MyTeam game with a starting lineup of 5 players from a Northwest Division team

Teams that are included are;
Utah Jazz
Denver Nuggets
Minnesota Timberwolves
Oklahoma City Thunder
Portland Trailblazers

Any 5 players from these teams will net you the trophy

After you win the game the trophy will be unlocked!

(Online - UNOBTAINABLE DUE TO SERVER CLOSURE)

This can be easily done in domination or challenges your starting 5 (PG, SG, SF, PF, C) must consist of players from the following teams:

Jazz
Nuggets
Thunder
Trailblazers
Timberwolves

Note: This trophy appears to be bugged now, because it will only unlock if all 5 starters are from the Denver Nuggets.
