Thought this was going to be easy. But not necessarily!
You cannot unlock this in the Story Prelude. You only can unlock it in the NBA Regular Season in MyCareer. (The Prelude is a few hours)
However you CAN SKIP the Prelude. But you need to know how. I made a video on how to skip the Story Prelude:
Once you have 75% and you have a enough momentum to Fill your Take Over Meter, you can press in
to Activate it!

Also, you need to have at least 75% Chemistry with your Team to Activate it. You can increase your Chemistry by making a lot of Assists. But mostly by selecting Team-Oriented Answers with the Reporters
