Switch to 12 Minute Quarters in your MyCAREER settings
Also, most of these will not be obtainable until you are a Starter
(Not enough playing time when you are a bench Player)

Once you are Starting, and you have selected 12 Minute Quarters. Focus on One Category per game. For ex: One game go for your 50 points. Another game go for your 15 assists. So on and so forth

In a MyCAREER game you have to get double digits in three stats. The easiest and most common triple double is 10+ points, 10+ assists & 10+ rebounds
