To do this, you have to finish a "Spotlight Challenge" in single player MyTeam. It is a series of games with a pitiful reward at the end. I finished the "Shaquille O'Neal" challenge in season three, ten games with a combination of three-on-three and five minute games.

Super Easy one up right now beat the cover athletes of 2K22 in a Triple Threat game. It's on pro difficulty and available till the end of August.

Spotlight challenges have been updated and now consist from 1-5 triple threat challenges as opposed to 10 challenges. The 1 game challenges are Spotlight Sim Gauntlet challenges that are very difficult as you will be playing against teams of 3 with all 99 overall players and have tough requirements that you must also complete besides just winning the game. Always make sure to check the requirements for each game before starting. The other option are the All-Star Spotlight challenges that consist of 5 games but the requirements are a lot less strict for these games. Simply complete one challenge set to unlock this trophy.
