for this achievement you must have a card of every color which are as follows. bronze, silver, gold, emerald,
sapphire, ruby, diamond,pink diamond, galaxy opal and dark matter
At the moment the only way to get a dark matter card is through collection challenges.
at 3000 cards is the first dark matter card 'gary payton.' usually they release more as the year goes on. and at the moment someone on xbox has obtained this achievement so either it glitched or there are enough cards to get it.

You need all the following colored cards in order to unlock this achievement:

Gold
Emerald
Sapphire
Ruby
Amethyst
Heat Check
Diamond
Pink Diamond (95-96 OVR)
Galaxy Opal (97-98 OVR)
Dark Matter (99 OVR)

Dark Matter cards are usually the hardest and most expensive to get when they first are released (which as of 2/23/22, there's 3 available in packs and 1 available if you collect over 3000 cards). However, over time more and more will be obtainable, whether it's through packs or in game challenges or locker codes.

Quick note if you are already going for the achievements in both games:
If you obtain a Dark Matter card (or any 1 type of card that you're missing) on the Xbox Series X/S version, you'll unlock the achievement there but it will not auto unlock on the Xbox One version. If you want to unlock the achievement on the Xbox One version as well, move the card out of your collection to your auctions on the XBX/S version. Then, load up the Xbox One version and go back to your auctions and add the card back into your collection. The achievement should unlock then. This should also work vice versa if you get it on the XB1 first.
