Then you start my team you can choose between 5 Evo Players. I did go with Tatum. For his first evolution you need to score 6 Points. You can easily do it on offline Triple Threat. If you go with a other player you can see the requirements in the menu under my team > Card - Evolutions.
After you have completed your requirements, you need to confirm the Evolution and you get the achievement.

Make sure to go to the card evolution menu first before playing a game, otherwise the points won’t count towards the evolution (yes, this makes no sense).
