Welcome to 1 of 2 RNG heavy MyTeam achievements, this one requires you to obtain an Original Owner Holo card, which means you have to open packs yourself, not buying through the auction house.
A holo card isn't anything like Overall tiers like Gold or Diamond. It's a hologram filter over the card, and it can be on every card that's auctionable.
It's all luck based to pull one. You can get it on your first pack or end up spending all your VC or MT and end with nothing. (Took me over 200k+ MT to get just 1 holo card)
The cheapest packs as of now are the Base '22 NBA Series 1 Packs for 2,812 VC, or 3,750 MT, if you were to just go for the achievement.
You can get free packs by playing the daily Pick Up Games challenge, locker codes or by exchanging players for Emerald, Saphire, or Ruby player packs, redeemable every hour.
What's worse if you're going for all achievements on Current Gen NBA 2K22, you have to do it again, as it won't pop unless you got the holo card from that version for some reason.
Not much else I can add, just keep opening packs until you get one.

Do some packs have a higher chance at a holo than others or is it all the same?
