After opening your starter packs you should have a shoe card in your collection and an attribute card available to apply to it. Once you apply the attribute to the card just apply it to any player in your collection and the achievement will pop.

where in what game mode? found the game mode..... where in the options?? lineup management? my collection? because trying to apply a shoe in my collection to a player does not work? says dont have any shoes when i do BE SPECIFIC!!!!!

Press Start On Main Menu
Select my team - (MYTEAM)
Open all your packs - you will recieve a shoe
On the left hand side menus - go to MT SHOE LAB
Press A and apply an attribute - (ie 3 point shot)- and build the shoe
Go to My collection - Myteambaseset - choose a player
Apply shoe - -
What I noticed is not all players will let you select that shoe you just built - So try find a player until it does -
Eventually Unlocked Achievement
