You can get this in Play Now (I got it in MyLEAGUE). To be sure to get this achievement, turn off fatigue and set the game for 12 minute quarters, use two controllers (or play on rookie), and adjust sliders to your liking.
Anyway, the object is to get each starter 10+ points. When one starter has 10+ points, move on to the next one until all 5 starters have 10+ points.
Furthermore, the game tracks how many starters have 10+ points, and you don't have to actually finish the game. The achievement pops once your fifth starter has 10+ points. However, you should finish the game anyway since most of the related achievements unlock upon completion of the game.
NOTE: My first attempt, I got 3 starters and it stopped tracking. My next attempt, I got the achievement.
