How to unlock the Threepio! achievement in NBA 2K23 - Definitive Guide
My Team / Multiplayer / Unlimited
This is a multiplayer mode where you control a team of five players against another opponent. Every win or loss gives you points that moves you up a level, you need 6,000 Points to win the League Grand Prize.
A win will give you 150+ depending on if you meet any daily objectives in the match and how well you play offensive and defensive. A loss will give you 90+ again depending on the same criteria. If your opponent quits it will count as a win, however if you quit you get zero points.
If you're doing both stacks of this, the achievement will autopop on the other version upon entering the Unlimited menu.

This year 2K added a point system to its MyTeam Unlimited mode. If the point system remains the same as Season 1 then you will need 6,000 points for the trophy. You gain points by simply playing the game and getting a result. If you win you get about 200-300 points and if you lose you get around 100-150 points. If you quit a match it will register as a loss on your record but you will not gain any points. Depending on your skill level you’ll probably need to play between 30-50 games.
If you’re not good playing online or simply don’t feel like playing that many Unlimited games then you can also AFK the games. You do this by simply selecting a player on your team to player lock as, preferably someone that doesn’t inbound (like a SG). When player locked you can just leave the player you control somewhere on the opposite side of the court and let your AI control the rest of the team. You would just have to make sure that your player-locked player is not committing too many violations or you may get booted from the game. You will likely lose most of the games if you go with this method but it’s an easy way to get points without having to necessarily play.
