How to unlock the Déjà Vu achievement in NBA 2K23 - Definitive Guide
Sounds a bit confusing and daunting but its actually quite simple
All you have to do is obtain a total of 19.5K points (6K for the Threepino achievement)
You get roughly 150 points for every win (depending on how much you win by you get more, I won a game by 20 and got 220 points) every lost gives you 100 points.
Meaning it'll take about 100-150 full 5 minute quarter games, I assume your points reset every season so best to knock this out as quickly as possible.
My best advice is to start working your way towards this right now as people are still learning the game and there isn't some OP dark matter cards or exploits.
Boosting is not an option as this is leaderboard based 2K are very likely going to ban you unless you wait until the final season of the game or when 2K24 comes out.
Your points reset every new season meaning you have 42 days, unless you wait until the very final season (starts shortly before the release of 2K24) where you’ll have a year to complete it, although note that it will be harder to find games once 24 comes out.
EDIT THIS HAS BEEN PATCHED
If you hate multiplayer you can player lock onto any of your starting 5 and the AI will play for you while you go AFK, it will be a 4v5 so you'll lose every game but regardless it is a method although its a lot slower then actually playing.
Sidenote this auto pops on both versions of the game for PS5 i haven't confirmed it for Xbox but id assume it also does.

That's good to know that you still gain some points if you lose. I'm terrible with online play.

Any tips for Unlimited? I’m 1-5 atm, it’s extremely painful. Games have been close despite coming up against good teams. Everyone is abusing Curry

This is boostable but 2k has anti boosters in effect. Here are tips and a general guide for boosting it. Its the final season so you don't have to worry about running out of time until November 2024.
You need 19,525 points to get this achievement, it will pop after you unlock Moses and click a to advance. 19,525 and with these tips you should get around 150 a game. That's 131 games, considering queuing takes much longer at around 20 losses on Alts, this is a very long achievement even with boosting. This took me several months to get but could take you 2-3 days to get if you're really dedicated. Sadly it is queuing is rng based even if you're the only 2 people on the game. This is a cross gen pop, all you have to do is open up myteam on the gen you didn't get the chieve on and it'll also pop.
First: You want your overalls to be equal to your smurfs/alt and for them to be under 75 overall. For some reason 2k will put you against the biggest p2ws ever if you're at 75 or above.
Second: Search AFTER 10-15 seconds have passed in queue on main. For some reason that matters hugely. If you are in queue for more than 5minutes press B on either and requeue, repeat until you match with your alt.
Third: If you feel like you've been queueing with no success for like an hour, use another alt and continue the other tips. You can have MAX 4 accounts on 2k23 for some odd reason, which makes boosting even harder. You can't delete save data, or remove account from Xbox to add another either. I've tried both.
Fourth: Score a point, or 2 on main and wait until the clock hits under 3:59 to quit on alt. 2k has a system where an opponent quitting before then is a 50/50 win or loss. Waiting 1min before quitting makes it 100% a win. Should net 150 a game.
Fifth: You could theoretically get 100+ games with one alt, but I've noticed that every 20 losses on one of them the queuing takes way longer. Once I got to 63 on my first alt I had to queue for like 50 minutes before finding it.
Sixth: Try after the average persons bedtime, like 10pm. Sometimes 2k breaks and puts 72 overall teams against 13 Dark Matters.
Something that may help but I can't confirm due to it being iffy is backing out every 30ish seconds of queue over and over to speed it up on your main. Sometimes it worked, but most of the time it didn't.
(This was all done double boxing, guide is mostly meant for that but should all help for boosting with someone)
I didn't want to do it legit because everyone uses the same 13 op cards you'd have to pay money for or grind several 100 hours to get. Losing doesn't grant more than 100 points for me, and the matches are 25+ min a piece.
