This is a "gimme" achievement as I don't believe it's possible to draft anything lower than a Diamond rated player in this mode.
If this is your first time playing the mode, you'll get one free entry ticket to start a Draft. Otherwise you'll have to buy one with MT, VC, or real money.
Simply redeem the ticket and start opening packs. The achievement should pop after you open your first pack, as again I don't think it's possible to get anything lower than a Diamond.
Unfortunately this will not autopop on the other version of the game so you'll have to buy a second ticket if you're doing this achievement twice.

You can even open a pack, draft your diamond player, close the game, open the other version of 2K23, and continue opening and drafting for both achievements.

Now that it is later in the game’s cycle, any draft should guarantee a diamond or higher card. Go to MyTeam, then Draft, and pick your players. Any player rated 92+ should be diamond or higher and will work for the achievement.
