Easiest way is to take a three-point shooter (only because if you are inside the three point line you get double teamed). Once you are able to consistently score 25+ points per game in a five minute game, increase the time (done in the Options menu) to an appropriate length (max 12 minute quarters) and shoot away. If you wish to lower the difficulty to ensure this happens go ahead.
The reason for a three point shooter is a) you get double teamed instantly if you are inside the three point line, b) three beats two as far as speeding it up as quickly as possible. You don't need to finish the game for this achievement to pop.
