Update: confirmed 2K made this achievement automatically unlock after playing one game of The W as per Patch 1.5 on November 27, 2023 so this is a "freebie" achievement now after releasing originally broken. You can even start a new career, start simming the whole season, and get the achievement without even having to play a single game.

I'm thinking this is a "glitched in a good way" achievement this year as I got this literally after my second game of the W. Here's exactly what I did:

• Played one game of The W Online which I won, this put me at Progression Tier 4
• Started my W Career and skipped the first practice
• Played the first season game, which I had set up Rookie difficulty and scored 60 points
• After the game it gave me some options to work on my tiers, I choose to take a pic with a food truck and the achievement popped despite none of my pillars being at 10
