How to unlock the Dirty Work achievement in NBA 2K24 - Definitive Guide

2 Controller Solution

  • Main Menu / Features / Settings. Change Quarter Length to 1 Minute, or longer if you don't have the hang of the controls
  • Back out and go to CPU/User Settings being sure to adjust Blocking to 100 and anything else you want to your advantage
  • Back out to the Main Menu and select Play Now
  • Quick Play
  • With your main controller choose a team. I recommend the All-Time Lakers as they have the tallest players for blocking and rebounds
  • With your second controller choose a team. I recommend the Detroit Pistons but it doesn't really matter
  • Start the game. With your main account score a quick few baskets, making sure to get an assist each time. When your second controller has the ball, have them make a half court shot which your team should easily rebound
  • As for blocks, when your second controller has the ball make sure it's in the possession of their point guard or whoever the smallest player is. With your main controller, take control of your tallest player and position him in front of the point guard. Have the point guard HOLD DOWN X to take a shot and right before he releases the ball have your main controller press Y to block the shot. It may take a few attempts but you only need one as long as the second team has zero blocks
  • Since you're controlling both teams you should now have more assists, rebounds, and blocks than the second account
  • Achievement unlocks at the end of the game

The easiest way to get an assist is when you have the ball, hold the RB to bring up buttons above each of your teammates' heads. Press that button to pass to whoever looks the most open, usually your center who should be near or under the basket.
