From the Main Menu:
- MyTeam
- Go to the Collect tab
- Card Grading
- Create a New Order
- Grade 1 Card
- Select whatever player you want to have graded, this will take at least half an hour real time depending on the colour of the card
- When the time has elapsed, return to this menu and collect your new graded card
- Go to the Manage tab
- Edit Player
- Select your graded player card
- Badges
- Either click on an empty badge field that'll let you add a badge or use RT to change the pages until you find a badge you can upgrade with a card. Hold A to confirm it
- Oddly enough the achievement unlocked for me here without adding shoes, but if it doesn't unlock for you select Shoes and apply a shoe card to your player
- Achievement unlocked!
