From the Main Menu:
- MyTeam (if this is your first time you'll have to go through a lot of set up and tutorial screens)
- Select the Collect tab
- Player Market
- Press Y to search
- You can look for a certain player or if you're just after the achievement set to Card Color field to "Gold" and press Start to search
- The cheapest player will be 250 VC or 525 MT. If you don't have any yet you can earn some quick through Agendas under the MyTeam Home tab or Challenges in the Single Player tab
- When you've found a player you want, press A to buy him and then select payment method
- Achievement unlocked!
