You should have gotten a Diamond Shoe Card from opening packs when you started this mode, or earned a card through gameplay. If not, you can get one from the Token Market for five tokens or try your luck on the Exchange. Once you have one:

From the Main Menu:

• MyTeam
• Select the Manage tab
• MT Shoe Lab
• Select the Diamond Shoe
• Select one of the attributes and press the X button
• Select a new attribute
• Hold the A button to build the new shoe
• Achievement unlocked!
