Tested this out, it looks like it is linked to Play Now Online. I had won 3 or so games online and the ticker was at 10%. Went ahead and got the win a game achievement and the tracker was still at 10%, I had used a team I didn’t win with online. Going to have to win with all 30 teams.

Confirmed. Has to be done Play Now Online

Sorry a little confused on the last part, it counts for offline games as well or just online? Miserable either way lol

Sorry if unclear, it only looks to count for online. I’m struggling more with Teir two teams than I did with teir 3. Don’t see 100% for me on this years

Yeah, seems the more you get into higher tiers, everyone is always choosing a tier 1 team when I am tier 3 lol

Can indeed confirm that this is only for the Play Now Online Mode. I didn't find this super difficult, more time-consuming than anything. The Old School Pro achievement is an entirely different beast however... The older players/teams have way less shooting and are significantly less athletic and oppenents just pack the paint on defence because of it. My controller is in trouble.

I just unlocked it. Win a game with every team in play now online. Quits outs seem to track fine.
