Just as it says you must have 20 assists and LESS than 6 turn overs.
Just make a game with 5 min quarters. You could even use two teams from one of the rival achievements to take down two achievements at once. I would suggest turning down the foul sliders as getting an offensive foul counts towards a turn over. Isn't to tricky with the sliders set in your favour just pass around outside of the 3pt line and shoot. Should cut down on interception turnovers as well.
